SPUNLACE NONWOVEN

At UTV, spunlace nonwoven fabric is our core product. Produced with advanced ANDRITZ hydroentanglement technology, our spunlace materials feature excellent softness, strength, and absorbency.

We manufacture fabrics 60–3,200 mm wide and 19–200 g/m² in weight, using cotton, viscose, polyester, bamboo fiber, Lyocell, and other cellulose fibers, offering flexible solutions for OEM and customized production.

Our products can be customized to meet different market needs and are widely used in medical, hygiene, household, and industrial applications — including dry or wet wipes, sanitary pad top sheets, facial mask substrates, cosmetic cotton pads, disposable towels and bath towels, wound dressings, high-grade electronic wipes, coated base fabrics, clothing interlinings, and sofa or mattress coverings.
